We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly close process through to financial statement preparation and reporting
- Analyze business results and prepare appropriate financial statements to describe those results
- Responsible for the reconciliations of all FilmHouse bank accounts.
- Responsible for managing shared costs between FilmHouse and its related parties.
- Responsible for the postings of all employee costs.
- Responsible for reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Responsible with all postings outside the direct functions allotted to separate individuals.
- Responsible for the management of the Data Master File.
- Full management and coordination of FilmHouse Report.
- Evaluate and implement processes for efficiency and automation; work with operational team to find workable solutions
- Process owner, external audit FilmHouse
Qualifications
- Accounting or Financial Management Degree
- Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAN)/ACCA
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software (Odoo, Sage)
- Data Accuracy
- Data Management
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Good presentation skills
- Leadership skills.

Job Title: Cinema Manager

Job Description
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties as may be assigned:
- To oversee the management of the day to day activities of the cinemas.
- To support the business manager in driving daily retail profitability by maximising RPH & minimising shrinkage and wastage.
- To pro-actively manage operational costs on a day-to-day basis. Support the business manager in the effective management of controllable costs, third party contractors and team members.
- To plan, perform and manage operational tasks within the cinema.
- To continually give feedback to the business manager and colleagues’ ways in which Cinema Operations could be improved and to always champion the needs of the guest and team members
- To maximise the performance of all employees by team work, motivation and effective coaching and performance management.
- Undertaking administrative tasks, setting shift rotas and organizing staff renumeration.
- To propose and prepare in conjunction with the filmbooking department, performance schedule plan to meet business plan objectives.
- To drive daily retail profitability by maximising RPH & minimising shrinkage and wastage.
- Ensure the cinemas meets set audience targets each week/period.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in operations management at a supervisory level (retail experience preferred)
- Excellent customer relationship and management
- Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations.
- He/ She must have the ability to keep abreast of the trend in this field of expertise and make practical application of specialized knowledge in everyday situation.
- Must have a deep understanding of Health and Safety
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Good Microsoft Office, excel and power point usage

Job Title: Front Desk Admin

Job Description
- Serve as first contact point at the Support Office for visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them as appropriate.
- Receive and sort external mails/Delivery/Courier daily
- Performs research on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine letters and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature.
- Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with individuals, and institutions on operational matters concerning the Office.
- Organizes meetings, and other special events as appropriate.
- Ensure adherence of safety procedures via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Keep updated records of offices expenses and costs.
- Create a budget for and procurement of front office supplies.
- Provide adequate support in ensuring the procurement and dispatch of uniforms is done efficiently
- Ensure service providers for janitorial service, logistics and security services work in line with contract terms.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail.

Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 1 year) as a front desk admin
- Very good written and speaking communication skills
- Quick thinker and problem solver.
