Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Quality, the Team Lead is required to manage the following
- Spot Checks and Reporting of Outside Plant Fiber Activities
- Milestone and Final Acceptance Testing
- Escalations and Enforcement of Quality
- As Built Documentation
- Maintaining and Updating.Standards and Specification Documentation for Training purposes
- You will report to the Head of Infrastructure Quality and contribute to the overall Quality Objectives of the Infrastructure Division
- You are tasked with ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence during all levels of engagement with customers and stakeholders, proactively providing support and input when required.

- The ideal candidate should be a multi-skilled marketing professional with the ability to drive integrated brand campaigns, manage brand identity, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified brand experience for employees, customers, and external stakeholders.

Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Nigeria

Description
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, monitoring and maintenance of systems (hardware and software) and related infrastructure to enable continuous innovation within the information technology landscape
Deliverables
Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs)
Key Activities:
- Administer server infrastructure in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
- Install new / rebuild existing server infrastructure
- Configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage
- Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly
- Identify and promote best systems administration practices and patterns
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
- Contribute to and maintain enterprise system standards
- Perform continuous system/network monitoring
- Installation of monitoring Agents and connection to monitoring Systems
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusion and potential breach
- Ensure smooth running of all network monitoring systems for the enterprise network and core network nodes
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Provide Tier II/other support
- Create, change, and delete user accounts on information systems per request and as required
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Provide support to the application development team
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
- Installation of agents for Backup-System and configuring Backup
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
- Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies
- Identify approaches that leverage resources and provide economies of scale
- Research and recommend innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Eng Degree with 1 – 5 years experience.
