Job Description

• We’re looking for an exceptional Payroll Administrator with experience of working with outsourced payroll bureaus (US, UK, EU and/or additional jurisdictions) to manage the company’s end to end global payroll and contractor payments.
• You’ll have domain expertise in processing payroll in different countries. You are reliable, diligent and pay attention to details and always work towards improving current processes.
• This role may choose to be office based out of London or home based, and will report to our Global Financial Controller.

Key Reponsibilitiess

• Ensure all payrolls are always delivered on time and with 100% accuracy

• The third major area is related to internal business operations. We develop and operate a data warehouse, including data ingestion pipelines, that are relied on by operations and data analytics teams. In addition to that, we help internal business units to automate processes across many software solutions and integrate SaaS solutions to ensure a smooth flow of data.
• Lastly, we have a dedicated team of Salesforce engineers and administrators who take care of our Salesforce implementation and integration crucial to our sales and business operations. This team configures Salesforce and implements business processes that facilitate efficient operations.

• Experience with firmware, uboot, UEFI, ACPI, DSDT, or boot loaders
• Experience with power management on PCI ASPM, SATA ALPM, low power profiles
• Computer architecture knowledge of x86, ARM, RISC-V
• Experience in board design, bring up, and validation
• Experience with electrical engineering design tools (e.g. schematic capture, layout)
• Familiarity with Ubuntu development model
• Performance engineering and security experience
• Shell or Python scripting skills
