What we’re looking for:

• We are looking for a Retention Associate to join our Customer Success Team.
• You will use active listening skills to understand customer concerns and work to provide them with solutions. I
• n this proactive support role, we expect you to be able to get in front of issues as soon as possible and give us feedback on how to improve client retention.
• If you are a good fit for this role, you must have experience in customer support and issue resolution. We will provide training on the products and/or services we offer so you can educate customers on the true value of our company.
• This role reports directly to the Head of Growth.

Job Description

• Develop & implement new strategies to increase customer retention/engagement
• Coordinate with customer success agents to perform weekly business spotlight activities.
• Manage all conversational channels and respond to all messages from customers.
• Conduct NPS survey on a monthly basis and implement feedback where necessary
• Develop & execute strategies aimed at continuous training of new and existing customers regarding the use of our product and services.
• Liaise with customer success agents to assist merchants with product upload.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
• Any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements
Education:

• Whilst it would be great for you to have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or any social Sciences discipline from an accredited university, we place a higher value on significant work experience in the workforce and relevant certification courses to compensate where there is no qualification.

Job Description

• As a Product designer, you want to measure and optimise our applications to improve ease of use (usability), and create the best and simplest user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-users’ problems.
• We are looking for a well rounded product designer who is able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• The Product designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.
• A good product designer must have empathy for the user, a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD), and strong analytical abilities.
• Typically, we expect you to be a design generalist who can cater to our design needs.
• You should be motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
• Responsibilities may include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You should also be comfortable with designing some graphics as required by the team internally, and sometimes, for marketing purposes.
• This role reports to the Product Lead.

Responsibilities

• Consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
• Consider existing applications, evaluate, and troubleshoot their UX effectiveness
• Run user testing of applications, software, and websites
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and applications function, and will look like

• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Skill in Mobile and enterprise design (Mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Iconography (Asset design)
• Logo design
• Good time-management skills
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, React will earn you more points
• Knowledge of 3D tool e.g Blender or 3D max are highly valued

Job Title: People Engagement & Success Analyst

Job Description

• Effectively source for talents and recruiting for all open roles at Dukka.
• Coordinate staff performance appraisals and assessments with approved appraisal tools for appointment, confirmation, implementation of recommendations and training needs.
• Formulation and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Supervise all staff administration details that relates to leaves, disciplinary actions, relocation, redeployment, staff personnel documentation, disengagement etc.
• Coordinate and manage staff issues by regular communication to implement approved policies and maintain discipline.
• Working closely with technical and non-technical teams to motivate and promote performance.
• Administering benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance and HMOs.
• Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
• Responsible for the effective running of the organization’s training including induction program.
• Staff Welfare: Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage and ensure staff databases are updated at all times.
  • Ensure new staff are on-boarded.
