- First Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Relevant Master’s degree
- 10 to 12 years working experience with proven experience in designing and implementing performance management and rewards programs, in a leadership capacity.

- The successful candidate will contribute to the overall management of the group’s investment programs including the establishment and review of investment goals as well as the leveraging of multi-currency and multi-asset portfolio strategies to reduce risk and enhance long-term performance.
- First Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited University.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years experience in investments.

- First Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

- 6-8 years working experience with at least 3 years in performance management, including leadership and supervisory roles.
