About the Job

  • As an Analyst, SAQ, you will be responsible for liaising with SAQ contractors, and regulatory bodies for the purpose of site acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Replacement Sites & Redcube allocation
  • Resolve Access Issues on Live Sites
  • Fill Letter Tracker from Security Dept
  • Request NCAA for New allocations and re-planned Nominals
  • TSS and Soil Test Update daily mail update
  • Schedule Pre-TSS on Redcube/
  • Follow up with SBC on Candidate Submission
  • Redcube stakeholders follow up on Redcube
  • Attend to other SAQ/SBC/RE/Commercial and PMO-related issues.
  • Send Customer Rejection Mails to SBCs for your regions.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

Job Description

  • As a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the financial reporting activities within an organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly close process.
  • Own the balance sheet and income statement, ensuring integrity of the financial statements.
  • Review monthly and quarterly management reporting packages in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.
  • Prepare and review annual reporting package in line with IFRS.
  • Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, providing NG GAAP and IFRS interpretation.
  • Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team.
  • Implement accounting policy documents to improve clarity and consistency.
  • Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures, and issues.
  • Manage communications with internal auditors on accounting and other compliance issues
  • Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors.
  • Preparation of impairment workings and IFRS 9 memo on quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate and prepare regulatory permit accrual workings on quarterly basis.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Director, Financial Reporting & Control.

Job Title: Manager, Site Acquisition (SAQ)

Job Description

  • As the Manager, SAQ, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Site Acquisition functions in the location assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all SAQ activities from site allocation to ITP issuance and provide support through the lifecycle from site-build to final acceptance.
  • Provide inputs to Legal and Community Relations to facilitate discussions with landlords.
  • Support efforts geared towards reducing Opex and Capex spends around SAQ.

  • Ensure processes for notification and/ or escalation are in place to report on both underspend and potential overspend.
  • Track, monitor, and report benefits realization against planned SAQ targets.
  • Promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that may arise.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Senior Manager, Site Acquisition (SAQ)on all matters pertaining to the unit’s activities.
  • Manage relationships with partners/ vendors.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Site Acquisition (SAQ).
