Qualifications
- NYSC Member with a Degree in a Design-related field.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.
- Exceptional visual design skills and a knack for creating aesthetically pleasing and on-brand content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and convey messages effectively.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative work and design projects.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, and ROI analysis to drive continuous improvements.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, targeting, and creative elements.
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Develop compelling and engaging content for ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the content team to align paid campaigns with the overall content strategy.
- Create landing pages and ad-specific content to maximize conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Utilize analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing our social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and community building.

Qualifications
