Job Title: Project Planner

Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
- Drive successful project delivery by creating detailed schedules, analyzing critical paths, forecasting trends, and monitoring procurement via our ERP system to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling & Baselines: Build WBS and baseline schedules (MS Project/Primavera P6) and lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
- Monitoring & Forecasting: Track progress, analyze critical paths, manage risks, and issue early warnings for schedule deviations or recovery.
- Resource & Procurement Management: Plan short-/long-term resource allocation and use the ERP system to track material impacts on timelines.
- Subcontracts & Scope Control: Oversee subcontractor schedules, provide tender schedules, and adjust budgets/contracts for scope changes.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare regular progress reports and mentor team members on planning best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or related fields. (Master’s or PMI-SP is a plus)
- Experience: 4–8 years in project planning; site management background preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject, plus strong ERP adaptability.

Description
- We are looking for a competent Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, develop and implement complex electrical systems and innovative electrical projects.
- Responsibilities include creating technical specifications, supervising electrical engineering teams, ensuring system safety and performance, and producing detailed electrical design schematics.

Responsibilties
- Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and systems
- Overseeing the manufacturing, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Identifying and addressing performance and production issues
- Preparing and studying technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
- Investigating and testing vendors’ and competitors’ products
- Maintaining and improving existing engineering processes
- Developing and implementing project schedules and budgets
- Coordinating with project teams, clients, and consultants for project development
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior electrical engineers
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
- Keeping abreast of advancements in electrical engineering and applying new technologies where relevant.
Qualifications

Job Title: HSE Lead
Location: ASSA North, Nekede – Imo
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for ensuring safety on site, develops strategies that drive performance and support continuous improvement.
- Monitors compliance to HSE standards on project site and base office; conduct scheduled site safety inspection, follow up actions and inspections to determine compliance.
- Induct new employees.
- Liaise with governmental organizations and regulatory agencies on matters relating to Health, Safety, and Environment

- Responsible for contributing to the HSE department in a professional manner which seeks to ensure that it is effective and commands a high standard of respect both internally and externally.
Requirements
Job Knowledge, Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or biology or chemistry or occupational health, safety, or related field
- Should possess Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Skill
- HSE experience of not less than 5 years required; Oil and Gas experience is an added advantage
- Advanced Medical or HSE certification is a mandatory requirement.
- Must be Computer literate and very knowledgeable in Microsoft package
