Job Title: Parts Admin Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Receiving, storing, and issuing spare replacement parts, equipment, and expendable items used in repair or maintenance shop
- Preparing a picking list to determine the type and quantity of parts ordered by customers
- Overseeing the activities of making sure that customers are satisfied with the various parts ordered
- candidate should be conversant with ERP software
- Helps in arranging parts on shelves when needed
- Helps in identifying parts needed by customers
- Lifting parts from shelves when needed
- Helps the warehouse manager in dealing with parts in the warehouse
- Advising customers on various types of parts
- Making sure that there is prompt delivery of parts to customers
- Taking inventory of parts and equipment as well as maintaining inventory records.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N35,000 – N40,000 / month.

Job Responsibilities
- Dropping and picking up staff
- Maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel time and locations travelled to
- Able to carry out a routine check on the vehicle
- Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to you
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 – 6 years work experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N45,000 / month.

Requirements
- Certificate III in Warehouse preferred, but not essential;
- Ability to manage complexity at varying levels and adapt quickly to changes in job priorities;
- Computer literate with the familiarity of use with recognized inventory management programs or similar MS Office software applications;
- Experience within a similar position with a good knowledge of goods movement and inventory practices;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Forklift License, Essential;
- Ability to work without supervision and within a team environment;
- Possess computer skills;
- Experienced as a store person is essential;
- Must have a current forklift license;
- Possess strong customer service skills;
- An excellent communicator with and good command of English (both verbal and written);
- Accurate data entry skills;
- Be well-organized and comfortable with deadlines;
- General warehouse duties.
