Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Nigeria

Core Responsibilities
- Ensure the company’s growth objectives are attained by articulating and identifying new business
- development opportunities, such as negotiating and managing relationships with technical partners in line
- with the corporate goals.
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan and strategy to accomplish
- the organization’s business goal.
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate and win new accounts. This includes registration of the company
- with Clients, Preparation of presentations and tenders.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and feasibility reports supporting growth-based
- on intelligence.
- Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the company’s business development, market penetration
- strategies and plans for enhancing business growth.
- Monitor company performance against agreed business targets.
- Supervise the sourcing with OEMs and preparation of bids/proposals, to the submission of bids in line
- with the stipulated deadlines.
- Develop and implement a training and development program for team members, and members for improved performance individually and corporately.
- Ensure timely management of the performance of all team members
- Reactivate dormant Client accounts and relationships to generate tangible business.
Requirements And Skills
- Minimum of B.Sc. in any related field.
- 5 – 6 years of working as a Business Development Manager in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Age: 30 years and above
- In-depth knowledge of upcoming and ongoing key projects in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas
- Sector.
- Engaged in robust and high-level contacts in the IOCs and E&P companies.
- Experience in Upstream Business Development with Engineering background/major.
- Candidates should have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for the key
- markets.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent intelligence-gathering skills
- Leadership qualities.

Job Title: Tax & Audit Officer
Location: Nigeria

Core Responsibilities
Tax:
- Prepare tax returns and facilitate payments including suggestions on payments plan.
- Design an annual tax plan in line with the company’s goal
- Research, Estimate, and track tax returns
- Prepare and Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports
- Manage, Organize, and update the company’s tax database
- Recommend tax strategies and methods required to manage taxes, that align with business goals
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
- Share financial data with the accounting department
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
- Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Forecast tax predictions to Management
- Ensure compliance with regulators either federal, state, or local authorities.
- Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
- Advise Management about the impact of Tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws.
Audit:
- Audit of financial statements and assessment of the books of account to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Reviewing internal control systems performing walkthrough processes and analyzing financial records and transactions.
- Design the auditing process using common standards of practice, company policies, business goals and industry regulations.
- Indicate and identify risk areas in each departmental operations and process
- Analyze adherence to budgetary standards and guidelines using financial data and balance sheets.
- Review all financial materials and procedures in order to spot errors, inefficiencies, or instances of misuse.
- Document all internal processes within an audit; list all data sources; detail all conclusions after an investigation.
- Work to develop new best standards of practice within the company in order to increase accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise within the field by participating in professional development.
- Keep all sensitive information confidential and secure.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of B.Sc Degree, First Class or 2:1 grade in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or relevant subject;
- Industry certification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA).
- At least 3 yearsof working experience as a Tax and Audit Accountant, Tax Analyst, or Auditor
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software packages
- Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Organizedanddetail-oriented
- Good communicatorwithgreat people skills
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment with challenging work
- Good at multitasking.
- Proficiency with commercial tax and accounting software
