Job Title: Operations & Planning Manager

Requirements

- 10-15 years of OFSE / upstream oil industry experience
- Commercial/technical experience with Oil & Gas service/supply company and its contracting terms and condition will be an advantage
- OFSE and E&P project and operations lead experience across multiple sectors: Subsurface, Reservoir, intervention and Production, Drilling, Facilities. OFSE experience field service manager or operations manager experience is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Industry safety procedures and environmental management systems
- An understanding of all industry legislative and regulatory requirements, including project proposals, submissions, reports, approvals, cost recovery components, and auditing
- P&L Management experience
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a high level of comfort in making presentations to various stakeholders.
- Clear leadership skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
