Job Title: Female Content Creator (Experienced) 

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Description

  • We are looking for a smart, creative, and camera-confident Female Content Creator with at least 2 years of experience in content creation and social media livestreaming.
  • The ideal candidate must be engaging on camera, capable of hosting live sessions, interacting with audiences in real time, and driving measurable growth such as followers, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

  • Develop original and engaging content (videos, reels, shorts, stories, posts) aligned with brand goals
  • Create both scripted and unscripted content
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes

Livestreaming & Hosting:

  • Host live streaming sessions across relevant platforms
  • Engage audiences in real time through comments and interaction
  • Promote products, campaigns, and brand initiatives during live sessions
  • Maintain confidence, professionalism, and clarity while on camera
  • Plan and execute livestream schedules consistently

Audience Engagement & Community Building:

  • Build and nurture an active online community
  • Encourage participation through polls, giveaways, and interactive content
  • Professionally moderate live chats and direct messages
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors where necessary

Brand Representation & Marketing:

  • Represent the brand positively at all times
  • Participate in campaigns, promotions, and activations
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets
  • Support lead generation and conversion strategies

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor content and livestream performance (views, engagement, watch time, conversions)
  • Analyze audience behavior and suggest optimization strategies
  • Provide regular performance reports

Requirements
Educational & Experience

  • Minimum of HND qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in content creation and/or social media livestreaming
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and manage social media accounts
  • Experience hosting live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube

Required Skills:

  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of major social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and engagement metrics
  • Creative storytelling ability
  • Strong time management and consistency

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in product promotion or live selling
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
