Job Title: Inventory Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage and oversee inventory operations.
- The role involves monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with Event/Mediateams, and ensuring optimal stock availability to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or storekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
