Job Title: Nurse (Locum Cover)

Location: Chevron, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Position Summary

  • An outpatient nurse observes patients on a regular basis and charts symptoms and progress. It is the responsibility of an outpatient nurse to report changes and concerns to, Medical directors, Clinic Managers, physicians and specialists.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Responsible for drawing blood, checking vital signs, monitoring blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and ensuring that IV lines are maintained Assist medical officers and specialists during, examinations and treatments, vaccinations.
  • Assist medical officers and specialists in preparing patients for medical procedures such as minor surgeries, and diagnostic tests and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
  • Responsible for administering medications as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and compliance with treatment regimens and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
  • Closely monitor patients’ progress and document their observations, treatments, and any changes in health status for accurate record-keeping.
  • Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote overall well-being
  • Engage in telephone triage, providing advice and guidance to patients who seek medical assistance over the phone.
  • Perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing changes, for patients with injuries or surgical wounds.
  • Ensuring the functionality of ward and associated facilities daily
  • Ensuring documentation of post-operative note
  • Providing emotional support to patients and relatives.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality To undertake ward rounds, make an entry in the patient’s notes as appropriate or any other patient examinations, communication or procedures.
  • Adhere strictly to CAREONE’s ethical standards, medical protocols, SOPs, and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned by MD Clinical and Administration, Medical Director or Board of Directors.

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The HR Executive will support the effective management of human resources within the outpatient clinic by implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting staff development. The role is critical in ensuring a productive, compliant, and patient-focused workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate selection.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Organize orientation and induction programs for new hires.

HR Administration & Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave, attendance, and personal files.
  • Manage HR databases and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, confirmation, promotion, and exit documentation.

Employee Relations & Discipline:

  • Serve as a point of contact for staff HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in line with clinic policies.
  • Support the implementation of disciplinary actions, queries, and hearings.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and documentation.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and providing feedback to staff.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits:

  • Support payroll preparation by collating attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
  • Administer staff benefits including HMO, pension, and welfare programs.
  • Respond to staff enquiries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Health, Safety & Workplace Conduct:

  • Support implementation of occupational health and safety policies.
  • Ensure staff adhere to workplace conduct, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Assist in coordinating health and safety training and incident reporting.

Reporting & HR Support:

  • Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance, recruitment, dashboard).
  • Support clinic management with HR insights and workforce planning.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–2years’ HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment.
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionals.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.

Job Title: Locum Sonographer

Location: Chevron, Lekki – Lagos

Job Description

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, ultrasounds, and other modalities.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret and prepare imaging results.
  • Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations on patients, including abdominal, obstetrical, gynaecological, vascular, and other speciality areas as needed.

  • Presenting the sonograms and preliminary findings to the Physicians.
  • Completing the appropriate documentation and maintaining patients’ histories and medical records.
  • Assisting Physicians and the healthcare teams during invasive procedures.
  • Operate sonography equipment to record and produce images of the composition, shape and motion of organs, blood, tissues or bodily masses
  • Select the correct equipment settings and adjust to get the best angles and sites
  • Scan patient and observe screen to make sure the image is satisfactory and make equipment adjustments as needed
  • Prepare patients for exams and observe during procedures to ensure their comfort and safety
  • Determine the best images to include in your report, noting differences between pathological and healthy areas
  • Follow safety policies as applicable, recognize potential issues and institute measures to prevent complications
  • Practice sterile procedures and prevent cross contamination
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of workstations, rooms and equipment
  • Liaise with HOD and consultant in charge on case management, evaluation and treatment plan.
  • Carry out procedures as granted and approved in clinical privilege document.
  • Deal with patients constructively and honestly and manage their grievances.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest medical information through continuous medical education, formal education and personal professional development.
  • Facilitate and make clinical & non-clinical presentations at hospital clinical meetings as assigned.
