Job Description

• We are seeking a knowledgeable and industry-experienced Data Analytics Instructor to deliver the Data Analytics curriculum under our academy program.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, facilitating hands-on labs, mentoring learners, and ensuring students are well-prepared for certification and real-world data analytics roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for the Data Analytics course in accordance with our company standards.
• Facilitate hands-on lab sessions using Vendor-supported tools and platforms.
• Guide students through data collection, cleaning, visualization, and analysis techniques.
• Teach core analytics concepts including:
  • Data lifecycle
  • Data wrangling
  • Exploratory data analysis
  • Data visualization
  • Basic statistics
  • Introduction to SQL and Python for analytics
• Prepare students for Data Analytics certification assessments.
• Track student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, capstone projects, and practical evaluations.
• Support student career readiness, including portfolio development and interview preparation.
• Ensure lab equipment and software are properly configured and functional.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification or instructor qualification document.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python)
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Basic statistical analysis
• Experience working with real-world datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience teaching or facilitating technical training (preferred).

• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cybersecurity principles, hands-on experience with security tools, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at various skill levels.
• The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, practical lab sessions, mentorship, and assessment while preparing students for industry-recognized certifications and real-world cybersecurity roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured cybersecurity training programs (beginner to advanced level).
• Teach core areas including:
  • Network Security
  • Security Operations (SOC)
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Incident Response & Digital Forensics
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, lab guides, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on lab sessions using tools such as:
  • Wireshark
  • Nmap
  • Metasploit
  • SIEM platforms
  • Firewalls and IDS/IPS systems
• Mentor students on certification pathways such as:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CEH
  • CISSP (foundational level)
  • Cisco CyberOps
• Evaluate student performance through tests, practical assessments, and projects.
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, tools, and industry best practices.
• Support students with career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio development.
• Maintain training equipment and lab environments (physical and virtual).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Industry certifications such as:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CEH
  • CISSP (preferred)
  • Cisco CyberOps
  • Microsoft Security certifications (advantage)

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of:
  • TCP/IP, networking fundamentals
  • Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
  • Vulnerability assessment tools
  • Windows and Linux security
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox) for lab environments.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is an advantage.
