Job Title: Accountant
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Business: Oil & Gas Servicing
Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper documentation and timely settlements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and advise management on liquidity and fund management.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulatory filings, and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation.
- Implement and improve accounting systems, controls, and processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience in the oil & gas sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory costing methods, and financial reporting standards.
- Financial reporting and analysis

- Team collaboration and communication
Salary
N250,000 monthly.

- The role involves seismic interpretation, subsurface mapping, and collaboration with engineering teams to enhance field performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret seismic, well log, and core data to develop geological and structural maps.

- Support drilling operations with geologic prognosis and real-time well data analysis.
- Integrate geological, geophysical, and petrophysical data for reservoir characterization.
- Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations for management and partners.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards in all field and operational activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Geology, Geophysics, or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in exploration or production geology.
- Proficiency in software such as Petrel, Kingdom, or ArcGIS.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Membership in NAPE or AAPG is an advantage.
Salary
N3,000,000 – N3,500,000 / Month.

Job Summary
- The Petrophysicist will be responsible for analyzing well log and core data to evaluate reservoir properties, determine hydrocarbon potential, and support exploration and production decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze well log, core, and fluid data to determine porosity, permeability, and hydrocarbon saturation.
- Integrate petrophysical data with geological and reservoir models for accurate reservoir characterization.
- Evaluate reservoir quality and net pay zones for exploration and development wells.
- Provide real-time log interpretation support during drilling operations.
- Participate in well planning, formation evaluation, and completion design reviews.
- Prepare petrophysical reports, cross-plots, and presentations for technical and management teams.
- Ensure data quality control and consistency across wells and fields.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Physics, or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in petrophysical analysis within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in Geolog, Techlog, Petrel, or Interactive Petrophysics (IP).
- Strong understanding of log interpretation, formation evaluation, and reservoir properties.
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Membership in NAPE, SPWLA, or AAPG is an advantage.
Salary
N3,000,000 – N3,500,000 / month.
