Reponsibilties
Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement FMCG marketing strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Manage annual and quarterly marketing plans, calendars, and budgets.

Brand & Product Management:

  • Manage brand positioning, product visibility, and shelf presence.
  • Support new product development, launches, relaunches, and packaging updates.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and regions.

Trade Marketing & Distribution Support:

  • Design trade promotions to support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve product availability, merchandising, and visibility.
  • Develop POS materials (banners, shelf talkers, flyers, standees, in-store branding).

Consumer & Promotional Marketing:

  • Plan and execute consumer promotions, discounts, sampling, activations, and roadshows.
  • Coordinate below-the-line (BTL) activities to drive volume sales.
  • Monitor promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Digital & Media Management:

  • Oversee digital marketing including social media campaigns, online ads, and content creation.
  • Coordinate media planning, buying, and public relations activities.
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs and market data.

Team & Vendor Management:

  • Supervise marketing executives, field marketers, and brand promoters.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, media houses, and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Prepare regular marketing and market performance reports.
  • Measure ROI on marketing spend and trade promotions.
  • Use data insights to optimize future marketing activities.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
