Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Personal Assistant will provide high-level, confidential administrative support to senior executives.
  • The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and official communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and official documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of the executive.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters.
  • Run official errands and provide administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Lagos.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing sound legal advice, managing property documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting the company’s legal interests in all transactions and corporate activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and vet land sale agreements, contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence on property titles and land documentation.
  • Manage property perfection processes including Governor’s Consent, Deed of Assignment, and related documentation.
  • Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions and dispute resolution matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external solicitors.
  • Handle litigation matters and represent the company where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian property and corporate laws.
  • Provide internal legal advisory support to management and departments.

Requirements

  • LL.B and B.L Degree (Must be called to the Nigerian Bar) with 3–5 years post-call experience, preferably in real estate or corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian property law and land documentation processes.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Must reside within or around Ajah / Sangotedo / Lekki axis.
