Job Description
- Selected candidate will Promote and sell Company’s products and services to market dealers and wide range customers. Build and maintain positive and long-term relationship with new and existing clients.
Duties
- Promote and sell Company’s products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing and new prospects and close sales deals.
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices and discounts.
- Develop sales forecast plan that successfully meets the company’s overall business plan and strategy working with the sales team and ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for sales by territory and brands.
- Manage product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepare reports by collecting other vendors/competitors’ price lists for comparison.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Contribute to financial process excellence and increase customer satisfaction by building scores for measurement and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the Manager.
- Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending trade fairs and related exhibitions.
- Collaborate with Branch Sales Manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Enhance sales and collection with control over debtors.
- Planning & forecasting of sales and collection.
- Planning and achieving sales objectives based on targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business Admin, Marketing or related courses.
- 5-7 years of experience in the sales field of Home Appliances and Electronics products.
- Strong Wholesales experience.
- Strong key Account management experience.
- Excellent networking skills.

Job Description
- Coordinate and lead the Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician team and make sure facilities are kept in good operating conditions.
- Inspect equipment, assign tasks, set up schedules, supervise repairs, and enforce safety policies.

- Drive route cause analyses over machine or process safety failures.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 7 – 11 years relevant work experience.

- Strong experience in heavy industrial equipment

- Strong ability to layout and apply approved mechanical principles for installing and maintaining industrial equipment

- Ensure all principles and practices of powder coating application.
- Observe all coating equipment including electrostatics guns, machine gauges to detect defects.
- Ensure baking at appropriate temperatures within limited time.
- Ensure that all canopy parts produced are well coated and production activities consistent with company established goals for quality and customers specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility.
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment.
- Ensure basic knowledge of the mechanics and repair of coating equipment.
- Responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and machines.
- Responsible for meeting production goals and targets.
- Take upIMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 5 – 7 years relevant work experience.
Competencies:
- Demonstrating good ability to spray powder to the correct thickness range
- Knowledge of powder painting, maintenance of powder coat equipment, and how to read blueprints and drawings
- Knowledge of the mechanics and repair of coating equipment
- Knowledge of thermosetting resin coatings, wash and pretreatments.
- Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

Job Description
- The candidate will perform maintenance duties to troubleshoot and repair defective electrical equipment in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform all maintenance functions related with electrical systems, and power generation distribution in line with safety operations and maintenance principles to guarantee the smooth functioning of the production facility.
- Responsible for setting up power supply; conduct and wiring for currently installed equipment and machines, including programmable controllers, while adhering to blueprints, electrical ethics, utilizing voltage tester and hand tools.
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance duties and generate work notifications to address any issues detected.
- Ensure all electrically powered equipment and machineries are adequately powered, functioning and in good condition.
- Maintain weekly equipment and machines (welding machines, cranes, air compressors, laser cutting machine, CNC cutting machine, LVD punch machine, bending machine, powder coating and utilities).
- Repair damaged equipment and machines.
- Work closely with all team members to ensure each task is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist other team members in the plant to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
- Understand and adhere to company Safety Management System work processes and procedures.
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / OND or equivalent.
- Technical certification in Electrical and Electronic Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, BE. Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent is a plus.
- Must have 3-5 years of proven experience industrial maintenance.
Competencies:
- Familiar and able to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
- Have an understanding of engineering drawings and principles
- Troubleshooter, capable of first-level analysis to solve technical problems
- Vast knowledge of different maintenance equipment and tools
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
- Sufficient familiarity with schematic and electrical, diagrams/illustrations
- Outstanding acquaintance with safety, health, and environment regulations
- Familiar with latest machinery and repair techniques
