Key Responsiblities
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for introspec practices.
- Set short- and long-term strategic goals aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Align business strategies with the organization’s overall corporate objectives.
Sales Pipeline Development:
- Collaborate with the business and sales teams to build and maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
- Drive the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for Introspec
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within FSI’s, Manufacturing Oil and Gas client organizations.

- Represent the company in partner meetings, conferences, and joint initiatives.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Introspec solution.
- Align GTM approaches with market opportunities, industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Ensure synergy between marketing, presales, and delivery teams in executing GTM initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate internal teams including Sales, Technical, and Marketing to support Oracle and Microsoft practices.
- Ensure seamless execution of business plans and consistent communication across functions.
- Provide leadership that promotes collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development:
- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with other technology providers, customers, and industry influencers.
- Manage alliance activities and ensure compliance with partner programs and certification requirements.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Research:
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to ensure the organization remains ahead of market trends.
- Provide actionable insights that inform business strategy and sales planning.
- Adjust strategies proactively to maintain and grow market share.
Solution Development:
- Provide market insights and feedback to the technology and engineering teams to guide product and solution development.
- Support the design and packaging of tailored solutions that meet customer needs and leverage emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation through customer feedback loops and market intelligence.
Execution Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development, sales, and marketing plans, including targeted market segments, industry heatmaps, and go-to-market strategies, to generate a consistent quarterly pipeline and meet revenue goals.
- Create and maintain account and opportunity plans for key clients, identifying growth opportunities and driving sustainable business relationships.

Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Nigeria

Summary
- The Executive Assistant will provide a high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the seamless execution of executive functions and organizational priorities.
- This role demands professionalism, discretion, and exceptional coordination skills to manage sensitive communications, streamline workflows, and facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, the Executive Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing leadership effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the overall performance of the company.
Job Responsibilties
At a very high level, your role will entail the following:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the CEO.
- Act as custodian of sensitive matters and information relating to peculiar issues within the CEO’s office.
- Examine documents for the CEO’s review to ensure quality control and compliance with company’s procedures and policies.
- Supervise timely submission of technical bids and proposals across business unit.
- Monitor and manage the CEO’s internal and external correspondence.
- Develop corporate communication materials for the Company.
- Obtain weekly/monthly activity reports from departmental team leads and collate for the CEO’s review.
- Process requisitions for the CEO’s office.
- Provide assistance to the CEO in preparation of reports and presentations.
- Perform quality control checks on assigned CEO’s presentations to ensure proper formatting and elimination of errors.
- Respond to client queries and request on non-technical issues and escalate as required to the relevant personnel.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing (electronic and hardware) process.
- Document internal and external minutes of CEO’s meetings and produce memos of such for review.
- Ensure and coordinate relevant and adequate logistics for the CEO and other events connected to the CEO’s office.
- Handle/supervise travel and other logistics arrangement for the CEO and other member of staff when required.
- Process official expenditures and claims for the CEO.
- Help the CEO manage workflow and office deadlines.
- Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone calls and respond to queries on behalf of the CEO where necessary
- Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations, etc to arrange meetings and prepare agendas for the CEO.
- Liaise with various departmental heads as required by the CEO.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
- Oversee the usage of company logistics such as DHL, Uber etc.
- Interface with ISPs to ensure uptime of internet services in the office.
Key Competencies
- A Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years plus work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for creating professional presentations, reports, and data analyses.
- Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic planning, ability to pay attention to details.
- Verbal and written communication, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
