Job Title: IS – Administrator Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time
Job Objectives
- Provide first-level support for official collaboration and messaging tools.
- Timely response to issues logged on Jira
- Support/provide technical support to all Kuda personnel on technology-based incidents
- Responding to user requests for assistance, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software problems, and escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Installing and configuring software and hardware, ensuring systems are up-to-date with security patches and updates, and assisting with the deployment of new applications
- Recording details of user requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system or knowledge base.
- Checking the performance and technical support of computers, printers, and network devices, CCTV cameras, access doors and escalating issues.
- Helping new employees set up their IT equipment and access, and removing access for departing employees.
- Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing issues, and keeping accurate records.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software applications (Microsoft Office suite), and basic networking concepts
- User and device access provisioning and management.
- Provide first and second-level support for official collaboration and messaging tools.
- Manage requests and incidents on the official IT Service Management ticketing tool.
- User provisioning (Onboarding and Off-boarding) and management of official workspaces: Azure, Google Workspace, Jira, Nerve, Kuda Suites,
- Notion, Looker, Slack and other platforms for collaboration and messaging.
- Manage 3rd party application integration on Azure.
- Manage integrations from Google to other Cloud platforms.
- Ensure effective license management for applicable cloud services.
- Provide user support for Kuda Contact Center functional tools like Xcally.
- Develop and manage relevant, updated, functional policies and procedures as applicable to the team.
- Develop and manage functional standard operating manuals across all applicable processes.
- Ensure the availability of an updated asset register
- Put in place security configurations and settings across managed platforms in alignment with global standards.
- Maintain current IT & Compliance processes
- Identify system requirements, recommend technology purchases, plan and implement services and technologies to improve security and efficiency
- Participate in disaster recovery testing exercises and business continuity planning for business-critical systems
Responsibilities
Financial:
- Demonstrates effective cost control and a strong savings mindset, while maintaining quality standards.
- Possesses excellent negotiation skills to ensure projects and initiatives are executed at minimal cost with maximum value delivered.
Process:
- Timely response to issues logged on Jira
- Manage network support personnel and 3rd party vendors to always ensure the availability of the link to relevant locations.
- Provision of up-to-date information on the IT equipment (Computer/monitor/printer/switches/routers, UPS, Inverters) assets of the bank always.
- Liaise with other Technology units to provide prompt and efficient technical support for all locations.
- Customer: Support/provide technical support to all Kuda personnel on technology-based incidents
- Team: Strong team player, contributing effectively within the unit to drive collaboration and achieve maximum performance.
Requirements
- B.Sc. (Computer Science) /B.Eng; MCP, CCNA, ITIL
- Minimum of 0 – 3 years total experience
- Good Writing & Communication Skills
- Understanding of Windows Client and Server Operating Systems
- Understanding of Google Workspace
- Good personnel management skills
- Excellent Knowledge of Business Processes
- Basic Understanding of IT Governance, ISMS, ITIL practices, and PCI DSS.
- Inquisitive, intuitive and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong Analytical and Numerical skills
- Acquiring more skills in IT/Information management and personnel management.

Job Title: Data Analyst – Marketing

Role overview
- Kuda is looking for an experienced Data Analyst who can mine attribution, engagement and behavioural data to establish valuable insights and ensure we make data-driven decisions around acquisition efforts, as well as product and channel experiments.
- Our Data Analysts help solve complex problems and ensure we only focus on the highest ROI growth tactics.
Responsibilities
- Support our cross-functional team with end-to-end analyses on key marketing initiatives.
- Understand our business drivers and KPIs in order to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Use data (across ad partners, CRM platforms and internal data sources) to understand our customers better as well as identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, referral and revenue.
- Produce automated tools and dashboards to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key growth metrics and experiment results.
- Build and maintain growth-owned data models.
- Support integration and completeness between our growth analytics stack and the central data ecosystem.
- Develop, own and champion how we leverage data from our growth analytics stack.
- Work closely with the growth marketing team to evaluate and improve marketing campaigns, including optimising paid ad campaigns, defining metrics, and setting targets.
- Work with the life-cycle marketing team to support customer segmentation and ensure data underpins performance analysis.
- Support all A/B testing efforts and champion experimentation best practices across the growth team by consistently providing clean and accurate data.
- Support the team to navigate the evolving privacy changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of working experience as a digital marketing or growth data analyst.
- Strong understanding of mobile app technologies (CDP, Attribution, CRM)
- Possess strong knowledge of mobile app growth metrics (LTV, CR%, Churn)
- Have development experience with Business Intelligence tools like Looker
- High proficiency in SQL, experience with data modelling.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Fintech or Gaming industry
- Knowledge of African markets
- Strong understanding of SKAdNetwork
- Experience with media mix modelling.

Job Title: Data Analyst – Credit
Location: Nigeria
Role Overview
- As a Data Analyst – Credit, you are supporting the analytics throughout the credit product life cycle, from product design, to credit acquisition, portfolio management, collection and profit & loss.
- You will work within the Decision Science team, reporting to the Credit Risk Analytics Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Review and refine credit policies, including rule-based decision engines
- Build and maintain profit and loss forecasts to guide strategic decisions
- Conduct credit limit assignment and affordability assessments
- Perform score cut-off analysis to improve approval and risk strategies
- Monitor and enhance collection strategies based on customer segmentation and outcomes

- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Academic background in a mathematical discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantitative Analyst or Data Analyst in a financial services, fintech or e-commerce environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Hands-on experience with open-source statistical programming languages such as Python or R
- Solid understanding of statistical tests commonly used in A/B testing
- Experience using statistical software packages (open-source preferred)
- Proven experience developing and maintaining analytical reports or dashboards from end-to-end
- Ability to interpret and present insights from reports in a business context, including stakeholder engagement and recommendation.
