Job Summary

  • Manage all post-order procurement activities for imported materials, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, logistics coordination, and supplier follow-up in line with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all post-order procurement activities for assigned projects
  • Track supplier and shipment schedules
  • Follow up on documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Certificates, etc.)
  • Coordinate with logistics for shipping and delivery
