We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Company Secretarial Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities

  • Board & Committee Support
    • Prepare meeting notices, agendas, packs, and track action points.
    • Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare resolutions.
    • Maintain Board archives and signed statutory records.
  • Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
    • Manage CAC filings: annual returns, share updates, director changes, etc.
    • Maintain statutory registers (members, directors, allotments).
    • Support SEC/FRCN filings where applicable.
    • Maintain filing calendars and compliance reminders.
  • Corporate Governance
    • Support governance frameworks and policy development.
    • Prepare extracts, certificates, and compliance dashboards.
    • Assist in implementing Group governance standards.
  • Legal Administrative Support
    • Manage document execution, archiving, and database updates.
    • Maintain resolution index and support share allotment documentation.
    • Liaise with regulators and external secretaries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 4 – 5 years experience in company secretarial or corporate governance roles.
  • ICSAN qualification (or ongoing) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of CAMA 2020 & CAC processes.

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Management:

  • Lead and implement the corporate procurement and supply chain strategy.
  • Coordinate and oversee all procurement operations (local and international).
  • Forecast procurement needs and optimize inventory levels.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, tendering. negotiation, and contract award.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.

Logistics & Inventory Control:

  • Oversee logistics, transportation, warehousing, and material handling.
  • Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate supply deliveries with Asset, Finance, and Project teams.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure full adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
  • Work with Finance to maintain budget discipline and cost control.
  • Prepare periodic reports on supply chain performance (KPIs, cost savings, vendor performance, etc.).

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and procurement team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Certification (Added Advantage)
  • CIPS, ISM, PMP, or any equivalent supply chain/procurement certification

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years progressive experience in supply chain or procurement management.
  • Experience in the oil & gas, EPC, engineering, or related sectors is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Smart GEP, Ariba).
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong vendor management and cost-optimization skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

Job Title: Engine Section Foreman

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day maintenance and repair of generators, diesel engines, mechanical systems, and heavy-duty equipment.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Allocate tasks to technicians, monitor workflow, and ensure proper execution of assigned jobs.
  • Diagnose equipment failures, troubleshoot faults, and recommend effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, job cards, inspections, and technical reports.
  • Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, OEM procedures, engineering standards, and company safety policies.
  • Evaluate spare parts and consumables, raise material requests, and ensure parts availability to support continuous operations.
  • Coordinate equipment inspections, functional testing, and routine performance checks.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for equipment breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support maintenance budgeting and monitor material usage to control costs.
  • Train, guide, mentor, and evaluate technicians to maintain high performance and technical competence.
  • Report damages, defects, and operational issues to the Workshop Coordinator and lead corrective measures as required.
  • Prepare Equipment Test Procedures (ETP), including estimating labor, materials, and resources required for job completion.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, company permit-to- work systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce daily toolbox meetings and Job Safety Analysis (ISA) where required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment in accordance with QHSE rules and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering. Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
  • Technical certification (Trade Test I-, NBTE, or OEM-specific training) is an added advantage.
  • 4-7 years experience in engine maintenance, workshop supervision, or equipment maintenance (oll & gas, construction, EPC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of diesel engines, generators, pumps, and heavy-duty equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

Role Description

  • A results-driven construction operations leader with proven EPC yard experience, capable of managing daily operations, coordinating projects and assets, and enforcing discipline and accountability particularly during a transitional phase without a fully established operational management structure.
  • The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in construction management, project coordination, and operational control, while also supporting proposal and tendering functions through feasibility assessments, resource validation, and cost estimation.

Job Summary

  • The Construction Operations Manager (acting as Operations Lead ad interim) is responsible for directing all construction and yard execution activities at the Marconi Marine Base.
  • This role provides leadership and managerial oversight for Project Managers, the Asset Coordinator, and yard teams, ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of all projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or yard operations management role within EPC projects.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and large-scale yard operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and construction planning tools.
