Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Extract and transform data from various sources including Power BI to create reports.
- Clean and pre-process data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop scripts and workflows to automate data collection and processing tasks.
- Daily rendition of reports for sales, shipment and other KPIs being tracked at the Divisional level.
- Scheduling and organizing Divisional meetings and trainings.
- Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations weekly and monthly for the Head of Division.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
- Manage Divisional fleet allocations, repairs and other support functions needed for the FSTs to organize their tasks successfully.
- Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide decision support through ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques is desirable.

Job Title: Boiler Operator
Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, steam lines, and auxiliary equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on boilers and related systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor water treatment systems, fuel usage, steam pressure, and temperature to ensure efficient boiler operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of boiler operations, maintenance, and performance.
- Support production by ensuring continuous steam supply with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on improvement projects for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: ND / HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Boiler Operator in an industrial or manufacturing environment (FMCG/food industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of boiler operation, water treatment, combustion systems, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and operational guidelines.

Job Title: Utility Supervisor

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in utility operations and maintenance within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of boiler operations, compressed air systems, cooling towers, refrigeration units, and power generation systems.
- Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with safety standards, environmental regulations, and energy management systems.
