Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels; provide timely and accurate updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock checks
- Manage company assets and ensure proper utilization and maintenance
- Prepare operational and logistics performance reports for management
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with finance and other departments to achieve organizational objectives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the Port Harcourt branch office
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics/operations management
- Strong knowledge of transportation, fleet management, and warehousing systems
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency
- Strong analytical, reporting, and cost-control skills
- High level of accountability, structure, and leadership presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and logistics management tools

Description

- This is for Corp Members ready to get their boots on site and learn fast.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support project engineers in site supervision and daily execution activities
- Assist with measurements, BOQ reviews, and technical documentation
- Participate in site inspections and quality control processes
- Monitor materials usage and logistics coordination
- Prepare progress reports and maintain site records
- Learn practical project management and HSE standards.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current NYSC Corp Member posted to Rivers State
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong interest in construction, site operations, and fieldwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc) and basic technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project or Primavera will be an added advantage
- Energetic, disciplined, and willing to work on active project sites
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability.
