  • This role is ideal for someone who excels at administrative support, communication, task coordination, and digital operations.
  • You will play a key role in helping our team stay efficient, organized, and productive across daily business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and follow-up communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and filing.
  • Support customer relations through timely responses and professional communication.
  • Handle research tasks, prepare reports, and organize project information.
  • Manage online tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms used by the company.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare briefs, and ensure smooth workflow for assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).

Job Title: Omnretail Account Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The OmniRetail Account Manager serves as the direct link between the company and local retailers. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Onboarding & Training: Identifying local retailers, completing KYC registration, and training them to use OmniRetail applications.
  • Business Growth Support: Guiding retailers on how to leverage OmniRetail services to expand and enhance their operations.
  • Daily Field Engagement: Completing a minimum of 7 retailer visits or contacts per day, for at least 20 days monthly, to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Acting as the primary contact for retailers—answering questions, providing support, and resolving issues.
  • Technology Utilization: Using a personal smartphone to run OmniRetail apps, activate OmniPay wallets, and manage retailer information via the OmniBiz Management System (OMS).

Job Summary

  • This role includes a one-month paid training, after which the successful candidate will assume full store management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a clean, organized environment.
  • Support customer service by attending to customers politely and professionally.
  • Manage basic record-keeping, inventory checks, and stock arrangement.
  • Assist in supervising sales activities and ensuring smooth store workflow.
  • Monitor store supplies and report low-stock items in a timely manner.
  • Help ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures, and standards.
  • Support simple cash-handling duties and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Female applicant, early 20s, and must reside in Abuja.
  • Little or no work experience required—training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills; knowledge of Hausa language is an advantage.
  • Basic organizational skills and willingness to learn.
  • Friendly, respectful, and able to attend to customers professionally.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Must be willing to complete the one-month paid training.
