Job Title: Regional Accountant
Location: Lagos State & South West, South-South & South East, North Central, Nigeria

Job Description
- We are seeking experienced and strategic Regional Accountants to oversee and coordinate accounting operations across designated regions.
- The role involves managing and supporting accountants and their assistants in our Digital Centers/Branches, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and providing accurate reporting to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily and periodic accounting activities across assigned regional branches.
- Supervise, guide, and support branch and DC accountants and their teams.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
- Monitor regional financial performance and provide insights to management.
- Enforce compliance with company accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Coordinate regional audits and ensure accurate documentation.
- Drive process improvements and consistency in financial reporting across DCs.
- Act as a key liaison between regional operations and the CFO.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of 2nd Class) in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines.
- Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or regional role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, tax, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
