Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- The role includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, assisting with documentation, and supporting various departments to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages).
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and basic employee coordination.
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and engagements.
- Respond to staff and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–6 years proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.

Job Title: Quality Control Officer (Food Sector)

Job Summary
- The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that food products meet required quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.
- The role involves monitoring raw materials, in-process activities, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct routine quality checks, sampling, and laboratory analysis.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify quality deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality control records, reports, and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits (NAFDAC, SON, ISO, etc.).
- Train production staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and environmental conditions within the facility.
- Report non-conformities and recommend improvements to production processes.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of food products.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years experience in a quality control role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
- Familiarity with regulatory agencies and inspections (e.g., NAFDAC, SON).
- Good analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Administrative Support:

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of OND/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in sales support, administration, or office management.
- Previous exposure to client-facing roles is an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
