Job Title: Accounts Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Support the preparation of statutory returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Create engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, website copy, blog articles, infographics, videos, and email campaigns, tailored to the Nigerian audience and the HMO sector.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, fostering engagement and building online communities.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive website traffic.
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to reach target audiences effectively and within budget.
