Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office calendars.

Requirements

Job Title: Account / Financial Controller

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Manage a team of finance professionals.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws applicable to the oil & gas industry.
  • Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and banking activities.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Implement and maintain internal control systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or M.Sc. is an added advantage).
  • ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior financial role within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month
