Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Facility Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential facility, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents.

Responsibilities

  • Property Maintenance: Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure efficient operation of building systems and timely repairs.
  • Resident Services: Address resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and emergency preparedness protocols.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget development and management, tracking expenses, and obtaining competitive bids for services.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and collaborate with property management team members on policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3 years proven experience in facilities or property management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive for a client in the healthcare sector.
  • The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating engaging web content, and leveraging web analytics to track and improve digital performance.
  • Additional tasks include maintaining a seamless communication strategy and ensuring the brand message is consistent across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills
  • Web Content Writing and Web Analytics skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare sector is preferable
  • Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

  • Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly Net (slightly negotiable depending on experience)
  • Hybrid work arrangement can commence after the first three (3) months.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
