Job Title: Digital Marketing / Corporate Communication Executive

Description 

• We are currently recruiting a Digital Marketing / Corporate Communication Executive who will be responsible for marketing the bank’s Digital products such as internet banking, mobile Apps,/USSD services, POS terminals, QR merchants on our social media platforms and ensure brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing plan to promote brand visibility & awareness
• Manage social media presence and create engaging content
• Implement marketing campaigns for new and existing product
• Analyse website traffic and optimize user experience
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product)
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends
• Coordinate events, conferences, and trade shows
• Manage public relations and customer feedback

Qualification requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, public relations or related field
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing, public relations or related experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of corporate branding
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques
• Highly innovative, Result- driven and target-oriented
• Strong work ethic and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills.

Job Title: Internal Control and Audit Officer

Job Description

• We seeks an agile and experienced Professional to join our team as Lead, Internal Audit & Control Officer.
• In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our financial integrity, ensuring adherence to regulations, and driving a culture of strong internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive internal audit plan, aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and report on potential risks and control weaknesses across the organization.
• Make recommendations to management for improving internal controls and mitigating risks.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain effective working relationships with various departments within the bank.
• Prepare and present internal audit reports to Board Audit Committee.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A professional qualification in Audit/ Accounting would be an added advantage.
• Extensive experience (minimum 3-4 years) in internal auditing, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven leadership and Team building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of internal control frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and prospects for increased market penetration and growth in market share.
