Job Title: Migration Liaison Officer

Job Description

• The Migration Liaison Officer will play a vital role in supporting individuals or groups throughout their migration journey.
• This role involves acting as a bridge between migrants and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.
• The officer will provide expert advice on immigration procedures, assist with documentation, and facilitate communication between all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their migration needs, goals, and eligibility.
• Provide tailored advice on migration options, visa requirements, and the application process.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for visa applications and other migration processes.
• Oversee the entire application process, ensuring all forms are correctly completed and submitted on time.
• Track the progress of applications and keep clients informed of their status.
• Address any issues or obstacles that arise during the application process, including liaising with immigration authorities if needed.
• Ensure all client applications comply with the relevant immigration laws and Regulations.
• Ensure that clients receive comprehensive, accurate, and timely support throughout their migration journey, enhancing their overall experience and increasing the success rate of their applications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in migration, international relations, or liaison roles.
• In-depth knowledge of migration policies, visa processes, and international travel regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions for migrants facing challenges.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.

Job Summary

• The Business Development (Sales) professional is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales.
• This role involves market research, lead generation, and working closely with other departments to meet sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
• Develop customized sales proposals that address the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the sales process, leveraging new tools and techniques to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications in sales is a plus.

N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze transactions to identify suspicious or fraudulent activities.
• Investigate cases of fraud, including unauthorized transactions, identity theft, and internal fraud.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to prevent future fraudulent activities.
• Conduct thorough investigations of fraudulent activities and escalate cases when necessary.
• Collaborate with the risk management team to develop fraud prevention policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Fraud Examination (CFE) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or a related role.
• Proficiency with fraud detection tools and software (e.g., SAS, SQL, Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
