Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all HR and administrative activities at the factory, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a disciplined workforce.
- This position requires a firm and decisive individual with extensive knowledge of factory staff management, labor laws, and HR best practices to drive productivity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for factory staff.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving grievances and handling disciplinary actions decisively.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain an effective performance management system.
