Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and growing the business pipeline for an HR consulting firm based in Ikeja, through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling of HR and talent solutions.
  • The Client Acquisition Executive will work in a hybrid model, combining on-site client engagement and team collaboration with remote outreach and follow-up.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target organisations and decision-makers in need of HR consulting, recruitment, and related people solutions.​
  • Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.​
  • Book and attend discovery meetings (virtual and physical) to understand client needs, pain points, and buying process.​
  • Present the company’s HR consulting, recruitment, background check, outsourcing, and training services in a compelling, solution-focused manner.​
  • Prepare and share proposals, SLAs, and pricing, and follow up consistently to close deals within agreed timelines.​
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.​
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and outcomes on CRM or sales trackers.​
  • Work closely with the operations/recruitment and training teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.​
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.​

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field (preferred).​
  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in HR consulting, recruitment, or professional services.​
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing B2B deals, and meeting sales targets.​
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.​
  • Good understanding of HR, recruitment, and people-related services will be an added advantage.​
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and managing field visits across Lagos when required.​
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.​

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / month.

Job Title: Project Manager- Construction

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working hours: 10.00 AM – 7 PM; Monday to Friday

Job Summary

  • The role involves overseeing multiple project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while coordinating with engineers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of steel construction , fabrication, and international industry codes, with a proven track record of delivering commercial and industrial projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities including shop drawing reviews, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Ensure all phases of steel fabrication and installation meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Financial & Contract Management:

  • Review and negotiate project contracts, supplier agreements, and subcontractor scopes.
  • Monitor and control project costs, prepare progress reports, and manage change orders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered profitably while maintaining client satisfaction.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and support site superintendents, foremen, and field crews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, General Contractors, engineers, estimators, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners to drive repeat business.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across job sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure projects comply with building codes and regulatory requirements.

Project Close-Out:

  • Oversee punch lists, final inspections, and warranty documentation.
  • Deliver accurate close-out packages and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 8+ years of project management experience in commercial and industrial construction with an international organization
  • Track record of successfully managing teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Experience required: Project management experience in structural steel and metal fabrication/installation projects

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of structural steel design, fabrication, and erection practices.
  • Proven experience with steel/metal construction projects.

  • Ability to interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
