Job Opportunity: Customer Conversion Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• Track pending loan requests and collaborate with Field Credit Officers to ensure timely disbursement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Engage customers who have initiated the KYC update process but have not completed it, identify challenges, and guide them through the process
• Assign customers who express interest to Field Credit Officers and monitor their requests
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
• Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits and follow up with customers to ensure resolution

Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in any Business related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk or field verification (an added advantage)

• Keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated proficiency in simple and complex analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Agility and perseverance
