Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our travel brand. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with travel inquiries, bookings, reservations, itinerary information, complaints, and general travel-related requests.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple client requests efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, travel consultancy, hospitality, reservations, or a related role.
- Experience working with a travel agency, airline, hotel, or tourism brand is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of travel booking and reservation processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling bookings and travel information.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
- WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, booking platforms, or travel management software is an advantage.
- Must be professional, patient, organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
