Job Purpose

  • The Head of Brands & Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategies and campaigns for a leading brand in the Quick Service Restaurant space in Nigeria.
  • The primary goal of the role is to drive overall brand strategy and positioning, drive revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention through effective branding, marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the brand’s unique value proposition and positioning in the market, while monitoring market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities to project the appropriate brand image.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns that support the company’s growth objectives and align with the brand’s image and identity.
  • Drive market research initiatives and analysis to identify target customers, customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the quick-service restaurant industry.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are within budget.
