Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Professional Services team throughout the project lifecycle, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and architect complex technical solutions, including roadmaps and recommendations.
  • Develop and validate proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Review and approve solution designs from other team members.
  • Perform design, debugging, and performance analysis on solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Document and share best practices for new solutions to help the team learn and grow.
  • Advocate for process improvements and help develop solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Regularly communicate new features and benefits of solutions to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or the equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience as a solutions architect or in a similar role
