Job Title: Telephone Appointment Booker

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Telephone Appointment Booker, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our services, and secure appointments for our sales team.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to efficiently manage client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and secure appointments for our sales team.
  • Utilize provided data and insights to target potential clients effectively and ensure efficient and targeted engagement.
  • Engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts that may extend into the evening, to accommodate clients in different time zones.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and client information using our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets. A commission structure is in place based on targets met.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to reach clients in different time zones.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications
