Job Overview

• As the Operations Manager at Earnipay, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s daily business operations. This role focuses on treasury management, settlement, reconciliation, project management, revenue assurance, financial and strategic planning, and managing relationships with banks and vendors. Additionally, you will lead and develop the Customer Success and Finance Operations teams, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Settlement and Reconciliation:

• Oversee settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate financial executions.
• Lead reconciliation efforts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity across all operations.

Treasury Management:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and overall financial risk.
• Optimize treasury operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective utilization of funds.

Project and Process Management:

• Lead strategic projects focused on improving operations and enhancing processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects from planning to successful completion.

Revenue Assurance:

• Implement safeguards and controls to ensure the security of revenue streams.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to maximize revenue and optimize opportunities.

Financial and Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to long-term financial planning and strategy development.
• Analyze financial data to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.

Bank and Vendor Relationship Management:

• Manage relationships with partner banks and key vendors, ensuring smooth operations.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise the Customer Success and Finance Operations teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in fintech, banking, or related industries, with a focus on treasury management, settlement, and/or reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Newsletter Management: Oversee and grow The Friday File (B2C) and FastForward (B2B) newsletters. Ensure alignment with company goals and consistent growth in subscribers and engagement.
• Blog Strategy: Manage Earnipay’s blog, driving a consistent publishing schedule to increase monthly traffic, foster lead conversions, and establish thought leadership in Fintech.
• SEO & Traffic Growth: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and implement strategies to achieve traffic growth and better search rankings for targeted keywords.

Creative Content Creation & Campaigns:

• Campaign Ideation & Execution: Develop and implement engaging content marketing campaigns for demand generation and brand awareness. Capitalize on seasonal opportunities, trends, and unique themes like Women’s Month, Christmas , etc.
• Video Production: Collaborate with the Video Specialist to ideate, script, and produce impactful video content for marketing campaigns and social platforms.
• Content Optimization: Continuously improve content across all platforms, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and social media, to maximize audience engagement and conversions.

Analytics & Optimization:

• Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or others to monitor content performance, website traffic, and lead conversions.
• Data-Driven Adjustments: Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies to meet KPIs.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly performance reports, including newsletter growth, blog traffic, and campaign outcomes, with actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to integrate content efforts into broader marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.
• Work closely with the Brand Designer and Video Specialist to produce cohesive, multimedia content that aligns with Earnipay’s visual and tonal identity.

Community Engagement & Growth:

Governance & Compliance:

• Content Quality: Establish and enforce content guidelines to maintain a consistent voice and tone across all materials.
• Content Library: Maintain a well-organized repository for all content assets for reuse and version control.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Preferred: Certification in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or SEO (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or similar).

Essential:

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or a related field preferably in the fintech, SaaS, or tech industry.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing content that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress etc.
• Experience with SEO optimization and proven results in improving search rankings and organic traffic.

Job Title: KYC Analyst

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive KYC Analyst to join our team.
• As a KYC Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating financial crime risks within our neobank.
• You will work closely with the Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to verify customer identities, monitor transactions, and identify potential risks while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding:

• Verify customer identities and documentation during the onboarding process to prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence for high-risk customers or accounts as required.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and local regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and recommend updates to the KYC processes accordingly.

Ongoing Monitoring:
