Job Title: Accounts / Admin Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Accounts Duties:
- Overseeing financial operations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Managing budgets
- Providing financial analysis and advice
- Managing client relationships
- Resolving issues related to client accounts
- Checking for inaccuracies in invoices
- Handling queries on general accounts
- Contacting clients about past due amounts
- Initiating collections for delinquent accounts.
Admin Duties:
- Acting as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
- Managing office stock.
- Preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets).
- Organizing company records.
- Overseeing department budgets.
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Filing documents.
- Supervising administrative assistants.
- Coordinating schedules.
Educational Qualification / Skill / Experience
- HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Economics & Business Administration
- Must be computer literate and able to use an ERP software
- Must have at least three years banking experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Interpret/report financial information in line withinternational financial reporting standards
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the managing director from time to time.

Educational Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- OND / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering and Building Technology
- 1 – 5 years of experience.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be conversant with the sales of household appliances
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good negotiator
- Good digital marketing/sales skills.
