About the Role

  • As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding our products in depth, staying updated on industry trends, and providing valuable insights to support our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and providing product demonstrations to clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and product offerings.
  • Stay updated with technology industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to scope product offerings and analyze customer feedback and insights for product enhancements and new features.
  • Conduct market research to identify and understand customer requirements, market trends, and potential product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the brand and communications team to create product sales and marketing materials, including product presentations, brochures, and technical documentation.
  • Development and ownership of product plans.
  • Facilitate product demos and presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our products.

Job Title: Finance Manager

About the Role

  • As a Finance manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of transactional and advisory work within the finance department, inclusive of but not limited to issues related to funds management, account payables and account receivables, and treasury functions, to support the implementation of INFINIONs financial strategies and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Working with the CEO, to develop the financial strategy for INFINION derived from the corporate strategy.
  • Assist in the coordination and communication with external auditors as needed.
  • Working with the business across all business teams.
  • Advice: Provide advisory services to the Company’s management and Board on cash and funds management, based on current market realities and trends.
  • Oversee and deliver recommendations to Board and Board committees regarding financial, audit matters, investments, and strategic initiatives and direction.
  • Plan: Plan, implement, and manage investment strategies.
  • Manage aspects of risk through accounting, audit, planning, and treasury functions.
  • Prepare: Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Prepare the corporate cash flow and funds management matters for the business.
  • Prepare financial and business-related analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments
  • Develop a template for budget preparation. Plan and oversee consolidated budgets and long-range plans.
  • Report: Provide reports on a periodic and ad hoc basis on funds, liquidity, etc, to ensure management has the required information to make qualitative financial decisions.
  • Perform revenue analysis, calculations, and reporting monthly. Develop new strategies to improve the accuracy and timeliness of revenue management.
  • Monitor: Determine monthly revenue forecast and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Manage financial risks, including but not limited to those bordering its foreign exchange positions.
  • Compliance: Statutory deductions computation and remittances such as WHT, VAT, PENSION, TAX, NHF, NSITF, GLI and CIT.
  • Develop revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards.
  • Develop internal finance controls based on industry best practices.
  • Define appropriate capital structures for business arrangements while keeping in mind the company’s corporate objectives, needs, risk management, taxation, accounting, and legal/ policy requirements.
  • Measuring and tracking INFNIONs financial KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective actions where required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years cognate experience in Investment, Accounting/ Treasury functions, or a related financial market. Experience in the technology industry is key. Experience in the preparation of financial schedules and SEC filings. Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.
  • Must be a Qualified Finance with prior experience in a tech firm.
  • Knowledge and experience in all facets of revenue assurance.

Key Competence & Behavioural Expectations:

  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong numerical and IT skills.
  • Finance Management Expertise: Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments. Financial analysis, budgeting, Advanced spreadsheet, and modelling skills.
  • Attention to Details: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Relationship management: People management with strong leadership skills and negotiation skills.
