It operates in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, with a focus on projects in Port Harcourt and its surrounding area. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Accountant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Project Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare and maintain project budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with contract terms, change orders, and project timelines.
  • Monitor and track project expenses, identifying any discrepancies and working with project managers to resolve issues.
  • Analyze cost reports, project profitability, and cash flow to ensure project financials are on track.

Billing & Invoicing:

  • Prepare and submit progress billings, change orders, and final invoicing in accordance with project timelines and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing-related issues.

Cost Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all project costs, including labor, materials, subcontractors, and overheads.
  • Provide detailed monthly financial reports, including cost analysis and variance reports, to senior management.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Costing & Financial Analysis:

  • Perform detailed job costing, analyze project variances, and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.

Compliance & Audit:

  • Ensure that all financial documentation, including contracts, invoices, and change orders, complies with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as required.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with project managers, estimators, and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide financial updates and assist in managing the financial health of the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or project accounting, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing, change orders, and progress billing.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Procore, Viewpoint, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

  • Create digitally high quality graphics and visual content for various projects.
  • Liaise with the marketing team and other teams to develop creative concepts and compelling visuals.
  • Ability to multitask on different projects and meet deadlines.
  • To have excellent attention to details.
  • Ensure all designs and visuals are aligned with Rainbow Heritage Group Limited standard.
  • Edit and retouch images as required.
  • Stay updated on current design trends and softwares to produce innovative design.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field with at least 3 years work experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showing your design skills.
  • Excellent attention to details, creativity and the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage.

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media, social media, etc.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
  • Book interested clients for inspections.
  • Follow-up with clients
  • Generating clients leads to buying property.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners in the industry.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years in senior marketing and sales roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in revenue-driven marketing and sales strategies, especially within cooperative banking.
  • Experience with both digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • International experience in Africa or other emerging markets is a plus.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, sales enablement, and other tools required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building client relationships.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent targeting and prospecting skills within the real estate industry.
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations in emerging markets.
