- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain quality relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Client Satisfaction and Feedback: Monitor and measure client satisfaction levels through surveys, and analyze client feedback to implement improvements.
- Client Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our services, products, and investment options.
- Client Retention and Growth: Develop client retention strategies to grow our client base and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our investment products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve client issues and concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction
- Product Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data by using relevant software, to gain insights into their needs, and preferences.
- Customer Experience: Conduct scheduled customer experience checks and surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 7 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
- A strong understanding of financial products and asset management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Responsiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Suite other relevant tools.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
