  • We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager tasked with the responsibility of creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the objectives of our bank. This role involves harnessing various online channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising to enhance the bank’s digital presence across all virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, utilizing various online channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve organic search rankings, enhance user experience, and boost conversion rates.
  • Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This includes budget allocation, keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Create and curate compelling and engaging content for the website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify growth and improvement opportunities through data analysis, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and apply them to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • A proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

2). Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking experienced and skilled Relationship Managers with expertise in deposit mobilization and customer acquisition. Ideal candidates should currently be employed in a commercial bank and possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience. These positions are available for our branches in Lagos, Abeokuta, and Port Harcourt.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve set deposit targets with a focus on growing the balance sheet and generating income through sales acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential customers to expand the bank’s revenue and customer base for its products and services.
  • Initiate and collaborate with customers to up-sell or cross-sell the bank’s products and services, while also promptly addressing customer inquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Assist customers in obtaining approval for new account openings by reviewing all Know Your Customer (KYC) documents and linking customer accounts to appropriate relationship management support systems.
  • Follow up on potential sales opportunities resulting from discussions with current and prospective customers to ensure the conversion of new or repeat business.
  • Continuously engage the market to acquire new Commerce and SME banking customers by building and nurturing business relationships based on trust, empathy, credibility, and ethical conduct.
  • Make daily calls to existing and prospective customers to mobilize deposits and conduct other revenue-generating transactions, as well as promote other banking products and services offered by the bank.
  • Perform customer acceptance checks before onboarding Commerce and SME clients according to the bank’s established policies and procedures.
  • Advise existing customers on their Commerce and SME objectives and financial needs by analyzing wealth management opportunities, recommending suitable in-house financial solutions, and executing banking and financial transactions based on customer instructions.
  • Provide ongoing personalized services to account holders and identify potential opportunities for extending basic banking services.
  • Monitor and provide support for account opening and reactivation, as well as review account opening documents.
  • Monitor and follow up on value chain customers for onboarding by reviewing and analyzing transaction reports and identifying prospects within the value chain.
  • Collaborate with the banking services team to ensure proper and timely onboarding of existing customers on the mobile and CIB platform.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounts in the portfolio, including maintaining up-to-date KYC records, avoiding audit exceptions, and ensuring BVN compliance for all clients.
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings with RM team leads to review daily reports and discuss follow-up plans for team members.
  • Collect and provide data to team leads for preparing periodic performance and marketing reports.

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with line managers to identify and define staffing gaps, needs, specifications, and timelines for filling established vacancies.
