Role Overview

• From verifying daily revenue to auditing departmental compliance, your insights will directly impact our bottom line and the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Conduct regular audits of all hotel outlets (F&B, Front Office, Spa) to ensure revenue is captured and recorded accurately.
• Risk Management: Identify potential areas of financial or operational vulnerability and develop proactive solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all departments are following local laws, brand standards, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inventory & Asset Control: Perform spot checks on high-value inventory, including liquor, linens, and technical equipment.
• Reporting: Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for senior management, highlighting “red flags” and recommending process improvements.
• Investigation: Lead internal investigations into any unexplained variances or discrepancies.

Qualifications

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary

• The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to translate drawings and designs into effective site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
• Ensure work is executed strictly in line with approved drawings, designs, and specifications
• Interpret construction drawings and communicate design requirements to site workers
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox meetings
• Manage and supervise artisans, laborers, and subcontractors
• Track material usage, equipment, and site resources
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and escalate complex matters when required
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports
• Ensure proper housekeeping and orderliness of the site

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, design interpretation, and basic design principles
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar site supervisory role
• Practical experience supervising building or civil works projects

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to read, interpret, and work with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Good understanding of construction methods and materials
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage)
