Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will excel at fostering strong organisational cultures, managing talent, and supporting high-performing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, training, and employee engagement for an expanding workforce
  • Drive HR initiatives that support productivity and organisational growth
  • Manage onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, and employee development
  • Provide HR support to management and frontline teams
  • Develop HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments
  • Oversee workforce planning and talent pipeline development for critical role
  • Strengthen performance management systems to improve accountability and results
  • Support conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee relations
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights that guide leadership decisions.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of a First degree (BSc/HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • A professional certification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing HR functions
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to support project teams through effective HR processes and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and drive in-store sales.
