Job Title: Associate Designer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Conceptual Lead Designer
Job Description
- The associate designer will support the lead in assisting in concept development, design research, and presentations
- Producing drawings, renderings, and technical documents using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to refine designs Ensuring designs align with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Contributing to project coordination, material selection, and construction documentation.
Responsibilities
Design:
- Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Support space planning, furniture layouts, and interior detailing.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories per project requirements.
- Prepare drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials and furniture.
- Assist in project documentation, including FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) schedules and specifications.
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project installations.
- Ensure design execution aligns with the client’s vision and project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices
- Oversee decisions regarding overall design creation and development
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary collaborations as well as brainstorming sessions
- Review, evaluate and modify designs to suit authority requirements and meet design intentions.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Architecture. Masters Degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years in a similar capacity.

Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator or other design programs
- Experience working with BIM
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project Management skills.
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly

Job Summary

Qualifications & Experience
- BSc / HND in Facility Management or Business Administration with strong administration and managerial skills.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competency Requirements:

- Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Possess an established personal and professional network of contacts.
- Good analytical, creative and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to be flexible, prioritise and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to effectively supervise, train and direct the team.
- Excellent skills in computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Skills in organising and planning to prioritise tasks, set meetings and diffuse work conflict without bringing it to the attention of the executive leader.
- The ability to lead in an effective and trustworthy way.

Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Summary
- The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving post-sale value, strengthening long-term client relationships, and ensuring full data and process integrity across Spacefinish’s Lagos legacy accounts and Abuja strategic accounts.
- The role ensures that every delivered project transitions into recurring business growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction, low churn, and strong account performance visibility.
- This is a core commercial role that works closely with Sales, CampusHQ, Design, and Operations to unlock expansion revenue and sustain our enterprise client base.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Growth:
- Lead the full lifecycle management of assigned client accounts across Lagos and Abuja.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including Campus+ memberships, In-Office Management (IOM) services, and Workspace Optimization products.
- Drive YoY expansion revenue and deepen account penetration with multi-department engagement.
CRM Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Maintain 100% documentation accuracy of all client interactions, stakeholders, and account activities within Zoho CRM.
- Ensure dynamic updates to deal stages, contacts, account notes, revenue forecasts, and renewal timelines.
- Provide weekly account health reports to the Head of Sales.
Account Health Monitoring:
- Track and report key account indicators such as NPS, renewal cycles, payment status, risk scoring, and service gaps.
- Identify early-warning signals of churn and coordinate internal action plans to stabilize accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with client champions and decision-makers to safeguard long-term retention.
Stakeholder & Political Mapping:
- Develop and maintain updated organizational charts for MDAs, enterprise clients, and all strategic accounts.
- Map influence networks, blockers, shadow buyers, and multi-level decision-making structures.
- Support the Sales team with intelligence required for renewal, expansion, and strategic pursuits.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to ensure seamless account transitions after project delivery.
- Liaise with Operations, CampusHQ, Design, and Finance to resolve client issues and ensure successful service delivery.
- Escalate account risks early and coordinate mitigation plans.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing communication skills.
- High proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Ability to interpret account health data, financial indicators, and client feedback.
- Experience working with enterprise or government clients is an advantage.
