Job Title: Planning Executive (Project Coordinator)

Job Description:
- As a Planning Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring assigned projects and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute excellent planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects.
- Prepare and manage material requisitions required for project execution.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project updates, reports, and billing information on the ERP system and approved online drive.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project reports, documentation, and plans for clients.
- Track and monitor project profitability.
- Plan and assign daily tasks for engineers.
- Manage internal and external client communication and relationships.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions arising from meetings.
- Ensure project deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Ensure timely completion of projects without compromising required quality and standards.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives for both project and maintenance execution.
- Participate in field project execution inspections as approved by the Project Lead or Planning Supervisor.
- Collect all necessary job completion documents for accounting purposes.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Project Lead or Supervisor.
- Strictly adhere to the company’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator and assist in investigating reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Candidates should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good job delivery and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage all assigned tasks record with proper record keeping.
- Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting.

- Plan and execute project surveys for new projects according to company SOP, effectively scheduling surveys, following all approved work processes in scheduling all surveys, and communicating the same promptly to all parties involved.
- Generate accurate project solutions, design drawings, and BOMS.

- Filing and documentation of engineering projects.
- Create engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.

- B.Sc./HND degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Description
- Keeping records of items shipped, received from the project site, or transferred to other warehouse locations.
- To find, sort, or move goods within different parts of the warehouse.
- To compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
- To ensure the store is well organized, to maintain the neatness and tidiness of the warehouse.
- To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity & any specific condition.
- To develop and implement a (proactive) tools maintenance program.
- To ensure that maintenance reports are drafted properly.
- To ensure goods which go out and come in from time to time are tracked properly.
- To ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
- To input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and to check for accuracy.
- To ensure that all tool maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
